Located in the heart of Biboohra on the beautiful Atherton Tablelands (not far from Cairns), we combine aquaponics, permaculture, and regenerative agriculture to raise our redclaw in a way that’s good for your family and the planet.

We welcome farm gate sales and will prepare your order fresh and have it ready for your collection between 1-5pm every Friday. Please pay by Wednesday prior to arrival to ensure your order is caught fresh and packed for you.
