Our Redclaw crayfish are commercially farmed year-round, ensuring a continuous supply without seasonal limitations. However, availability is subject to the usual fluctuations of supply and demand, and there may be times (like now) when we are fully sold out. Please check availability when placing your order to avoid disappointment. We currently expanding and building new ponds to minimise future Redclaw product shortages.
Our Redclaw crayfish are graded, purged, chilled with ice bricks, and packaged in Styrofoam boxes for local and regional delivery. Our Redclaw are sold live unless other arrangements have been made. We deliver directly to restaurants, businesses, homes, and shops in the Cairns and Atherton Tableland regions of North Queensland. Our delivery vans service most areas, including Daintree, Mossman, Port Douglas, Palm Cove, Cairns, Mareeba, and Atherton. Deliveries to other areas can also be arranged.
While our crayfish are typically delivered live to ensure maximum freshness, keeping them live after delivery can be challenging. We recommend refrigerating them if they will be used within 48 hours which will lower the metabolism and not kill them or just freezing them for longer storage periods.

Collect from the Farm
We welcome farm gate sales and will prepare your order fresh and have it ready for your collection between 1-5pm every Friday. Please pay by Wednesday prior to arrival to ensure your order is caught fresh and packed for you.
